It is so easy to make and healthy. It is delicious; my family loves it. I take it to summer picnics and everyone raves.

Ingredients 4 serve


  • 1 quantity large head kale, stemmed, leaves cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 0 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0 quantity lemon, juiced
  • 0 cup slivered raw almonds
  • 0 spoon coarse sea salt to taste
